Tauriga Sciences Inc. Increases its Stake in Crypto Currency Groestlcoin (Code: GRS); Company Now Holds 39,862 GRS Units

(OTC PINK: TAUG) (“Tauriga” or the “Company”), engaged in building its business through the development, distribution, and licensing of proprietary products as well as the evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities inclusive of equity investments, today announced that it has increased its stake in the Crypto Currency called Groestlcoin (Code: GRS). On April 2, 2018, the Company acquired an additional 11,942.8572 GRS Units for a total of $8,000. This additional $8,000 investment into Groestlcoin was funded from the Company’s available cash position.
In total, Tauriga now reports an aggregate stake in Groestlcoin of exactly 39,862 Units.
The Company continues to believe that Groestlcoin incorporates certain attributes that may differentiate it from the multitude of different crypto currencies available for investment consideration.
